Perbadanan Pengurusan Terminal 1 is a Management Corporation formed under Section 39(2) Strata Title Act 1985 (Act 318) registered with Department of Land and Mine of Negeri Sembilan vide registration No.PTG.N.S.13/883/148. The Certificate of Management Corporation was issued on 15 March 2007 and the Management came into operation after the First Annual General Meeting which was held on 17 March 2008.
The Management Corporation currently manages Terminal One Shopping Center. Seremban a shopping mall officially launched by Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim the former Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia in August 1996. The Building is a five-storey building with a letable area of the 32363sq meters encompassing with 179 shop lots built on a piece of land held under the grant Hakmilik No. 60178 in town of Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. The Building is strategically located in the heart of Seremban Town, next to a public transport terminal with easy access from North-south highway, close vicinity to Seremban Railway Station and 30 minutes drive from Sepang International airport.
The Management of the building is supervised on a daily basis by a representation appointed by the management Corporation who is bestowed executive powers. He is supported by a Complex Manager and his management team to efficiently and effectively supervise the daily management and operational issues of the Complex. He is also tasked with acquiring a mixed tenant for the Common Area and drawing up various events and activities that promotes the reputation of the Complex as being the premier Shopping destination in Seremban town.
